Agreement to Protocol
By initializing VexZen, you enter a binding agreement with the system. You acknowledge that this is a Forceful Lockdown tool designed for extreme discipline. If you lack the resolve to be locked out of your distractions, do not proceed.
Operational Logic
The Forceful Lockdown mechanism is the core of VexZen. You understand that:
- • User-Initiated: Lockdowns only trigger based on YOUR configurations.
- • Irrevocable: Once a high-stakes session begins, the system is designed to resist uninstallation and bypass attempts.
- • Device Admin: You grant the app Device Administrator rights to prevent premature termination of focus sessions.
No-Account Sovereignty
VexZen operates with ZERO ACCOUNTS. Your settings, logs, and sessions are stored strictly on your local hardware. We have no Master Key to unlock your device remotely. If you lock yourself out, you must wait for the protocol to expire.
Consumables & Payments
Transactions are handled via Google Play. Since there are no accounts, One-Tap consumables are tied to your Google Identity. Refunds are governed by Google Play policies. VexZen does not manage your financial data.
Limitation of Liability
Notice of Risk
VexZen is not responsible for missed calls, missed notifications, or inability to access your device during an active lockdown. You use this tool at your own risk. The architect is not liable for your loss of access resulting from your own set focus-parameters.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to update the VexZen protocol at any time. Your continued use of the app following updates constitutes acceptance of the new Iron Protocol.
