Lockdown Intensity Modes
NORMAL
The baseline. It blocks your selected apps and locks the timer down. If your resolve crumbles, you can pay the 'Weakness Tax' to bail early.
DEEP
Maximum immersion. Triggers 'Do Not Disturb' to silence every single notification. Nothing gets through until your session is absolutely finished.
HARDCORE
The ultimate challenge. If you try to bypass your lockdown 3 times, we nuke the override button—it vanishes instantly. Once that timer starts, you either pay the penalty as a Weakness Tax, or try to be trick to bypass the lockdown so you get trapped until the countdown hits zero. No bail, no excuses—you either finish the work or you stare at the wall.
